This requirement is crucial for our clients, whether they are manufacturers or subcontractors of medical devices, and WIMPULSE is dedicated to it every day. By combining our engineering expertise, our in-depth knowledge of manufacturing techniques, and a comprehensive review of the state of the art, we support setting of  innovative surgical techniques in conducting instruments and implants design. We can integrate with our clients' quality systems to ensure our work is fully interoperable.

Expertise in Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing)

WIMPULSE designs products using additive manufacturing, a skill it has mastered for over ten years. This advanced technology revolutionizes our approach, enabling the creation of implants and instruments of unprecedented sophistication and innovation. Our clients recognize this value, which is why WIMPULSE uses the nTopology solution, a leading software solution dedicated to the creation of products that are integrating, among other things, enhanced osteoconductive functions and topology optimization capabilities. Complementing this environment, WIMPULSE has integrated a finite element analysis (FEA) solution, based on reference standards, allowing us to identify worst-case implants for physical laboratory testing without compromise. This experience has also allowed us to collaborate with numerous subcontractors around the world, giving us the ability to support our customers throughout the manufacturing and post-processing processes.
